Balance Box

What Is Balancebox?

The easiest way to explain is to say that it is a diet subscription box. This provides a unique way to diet and gets all the nutrition needed for healthy weight loss. The calories are counted in a way that makes them helpful for shedding some pounds, whilst also ensuring a full stomach throughout the day.

They are designed by a team of nutritionists and chefs and have some kind words said about their meals by the likes of Dame Kelly Holmes, Emeli Sande, the Sunday Times Magazine, and many others.

What Is Good About Balancebox?

Most people will like that there are a variety of portion sizes available which means the calories in each meal can be amended to suit the needs of the individual. A day's meals contain either 1,200 or 1,800 calories making them ideal for losing weight or maintaining.

They also provide useful advice for losing weight including suggestions for following your BMI. Anything under 29, go for the 1,200 calorie option. Over? Use the 1,800 meal plans.

Another benefit is that there is so much variety to choose from. This means a vegetarian, pescetarian, free from, and of course, classic. We’re all for inclusive meals, and a Balancebox subscription is one of the best for this.

We also liked that every meal has a good amount of protein and fibre. This is what is needed to leave the user feeling full and stopping that urge to snack. Even if you do - each box comes with two to keep you going.

One of the major plus points is that it takes away all of the guesswork and thinking of keeping to a diet. Not having to worry about how many calories are in your dinner means you get to remove the stress that comes with counting calories.

With so many people using their services across the UK, let’s see what the fuss is about.

What Is Included In Balancebox?

For a dieting subscription box, they sure do pack a lot in. Included are breakfast, lunch, dinner, but also two snacks to keep hunger away throughout the day.

These are delivered every week and a subscription means a month's worth of meals. There are other options, so it is possible to get 3, 4, and 7 days worth of meals.

Some of the items you will typically find in a classic box include a mango and chia seed yoghurt, an organic smoked salmon and tomato ceviche salad, massaman free-range chicken curry with brown rice. This is enough to whet the appetite and the vegetarian box sounds just as delicious with a tandoori spiced halloumi dish just one of many included.

What’s Bad About Balancebox?

Not a lot. The price is justified by the amount of food included but one thing we would have liked to see is a bit more nutritional information. However, there is a breakdown of the calories included so this is only a minor issue.

Even without the nutritional information, it is clear to see that you are getting plenty of fresh vegetables throughout the day.

Also, it should be noted that as with any diet program, meal plan, or otherwise, it is all dependent on living a healthy lifestyle.

How Much Is Delivery?

The delivery charge is £4.95 per box. This is more than a lot of the other options, but you are getting much more included. This is a subscription for dieting that works because it includes every meal.

They deliver twice per week so if weekends are better then there is an option for that.

Are There Any Balancebox Discount Codes?

As with any of the best food subscription boxes in the UK, Balancebox discount codes are updated regularly. We ensure we have the most up to date deals right here. So, anyone looking for a voucher for Balancebox should check here before making a purchase.
